On Wednesday, a video went viral on social media platforms where a few Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) workers were seen physically assaulting a restaurant owner in Mumbai’s Mira Road. As the video was spread across platforms, Bollywood actor Ranvir Shorey took to his official handle to condemn the act. He also reverted to a troll, who tried slamming him and questioned if he had bothered to learn the language.
